Job Description

CashStar is looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Risk Operations team.

The duties of a Risk Analyst include evaluating incoming customer orders with an ability to accurately identify potential fraud. Risk Analysts use a wide array of public and proprietary verification tools (social media etc) to review orders. Successful analysts are able to produce exceptional results in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent decision making and qualitative assessment is paramount to success; as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a team oriented environment.

You will be handling outbound calls to verify customer identity. These calls require professionalism and good listening skills to engage the caller in a sequence of non-confidential verification questions. Inbound and outbound calls pertaining to gift card processing must also be handled with a service minded, customer friendly approach.

  • Strong analytical and decision making skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in volume driven and time sensitive work environments
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency using internet search tools and social media platforms
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, My SQL

This is a full time salaried position and scheduling flexibility is a plus (after hours, weekends). Available shifts cover 6am to midnight, seven days per week. Availability for shifts every other weekend may be required. Holiday scheduling is required.
